Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of booking a consultation, of purchase, or of receiving any of our services. If you provide your phone number when booking but do not check the SMS consent box, we will not send you text messages.
4.2 Program Description
By opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from Prosperity Tax Advisors regarding appointment reminders, tax strategy updates, account and filing notifications, promotional offers, and general service information.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.3 Opt-Out
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again using the method described above.

4.5 Mobile Information and Opt-In Data: No Sharing

All of the categories of sharing described in Section 6 of this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, including service providers, affiliates, or any party in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Mobile phone numbers collected for SMS purposes are disclosed only to our SMS delivery provider, and solely for the purpose of transmitting messages to you. They are used for no other purpose.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not sell, share, rent, release, or trade mobile information or SMS opt-in data for any marketing or promotional purpose.

Subject to the SMS exclusions stated in Section 4.5, we may share your information in the following circumstances:
